The Australian Government has awarded $10 million for a nationwide consumer behavior change campaign, aiming to raise awareness and reduce household food waste. Additionally, Fight Food Waste Limited’s annual participant and partner survey showed impressive results, with over 90% of participants expressing pride in their association with the organisation and recommending involvement to their peers.
Fight Food Waste Ltd’s Annual Report, highlighting activities and future plans, is now available on their website and the annual conference will be held in Sydney on 22-23 November. Significant announcements, including a new brand and organisational logo, are expected.
Steve also shares his recent appointment to the Champions 12.3 group, a global coalition of leaders working to halve food waste by 2030. This appointment reflects the organisation’s growing influence and commitment to global initiatives against food waste.
